"We rented this home for the backyard space while we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. It was very convenient to NCSU and all of the other things we wanted to do. While the area was more transitional than other areas of Raleigh we’ve stayed in, the neighborhood was very quiet with lots of trees and big lots. We had a few small issues at the outset, but Liz was very responsive and took care of them quickly."

"The overall place was super cute and in a nice neighborhood. The only problem was the fridge didn't work, and the property manager (as of the time of this review) hasn't answered me back yet when I texted about it on Friday. I also tried to call, but they didn't answer. Course, I called at around 10pm, so they may have been asleep. I did leave a message and have yet to hear back."
