"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. "Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "
