"Great location, nice, spacious room, comfortable with good gym.
Check-in however was a nightmare, nobody seems to know where this place is, we were sent from one building to the other, from desk to desk carrying our heavy bags around until we finally found the right place. 500 MYR deposit for the key is also pretty steep, not had this anywhere else in Malaysia.
The lifts are also a nightmare, they’re way too busy for the 4 lifts in operation, takes ages to get up and down.
