cute modern reno
Overall loved the ranch home reno and it’s modern decor take. Owner was sweet and very responsive to all communication. This is a clean and reasonably priced rental but it still maintains lots of original features from the original house. I thought it was quaint and well done.

Overall we had a great stay. It was close to downtown and convenient. The house provided nice amenities. We appreciated the Brita water filter and coffee along with games and TV selection. Something to note for children staying there are the bunk beds. They are unsafe due to the top mattresses being so large they go over the safety rails so one could easily roll off. Also the space between the bottom bunk and top is very small easy to hit your head. Some curtains are missing throughout the house. Also not complaining but just a helpful note is that the dressers in the room with the bathroom that has access to hall, have strong odor. The one dresser in the room is completely unusable due to odor. Temperature control in house is locked. Just letting you know to be helpful. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed Bentonville!
