We stayed 3 nights and found the property to be in an excellent location. Property was very clean and spacious for our group of 4. Would love to have had a BBQ grill but still highly recommend.

This cozy, house was perfect for our family of 4. It’s close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The couch and beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner was super responsive and flexible when we needed to extend our trip due to weather. Will stay here again!

Perfect stay at this lovely home. The decor is inviting, the location is great, near everything and in a lovely family neighborhood that made me feel safe and welcomed. The staff (checking manager, cleaning staff) were all great to interact with and prompt to help. I will be back in Bentonville and hope this property will be available then for a repeat.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is all updated and had the perfect amount of space for our family to relax comfortably. The living room couches were really comfy so that was a nice bonus! Didn’t have time to use the firepit out back but it looked nice. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay! House was very nice, clean, and had everything you'd need. Beds were exceptionally comfortable (this is rare). Best of all, it's within spitting distance to mountain bike trail heads, downtown shopping, great restaurants, parks, etc. Will definitely be back on future trips to Bentonville.

This home was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful and easy to contact. We have family in AR and had lots of activities and places to go during our visit. The location of the home was just off I-49, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. Our grandchildren loved coming to "our house" for meals and games. It was nice to have a larger dining area for the entire family to gather. We would stay in this home again!

Amenities are top notch and the property owner communicated well! If you are mountain biking, you will be glad to know you can jump on the Traverse trail a couple blocks from the house. Proximity to the interstate made getting anywhere easy. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in this home closely located near I49. We had easy access to the city and surrounding areas without it being too noisy. The home is clean and well cared for. The backyard was well maintained and we loved the picnic table and fire pit - even in June.

We loved the housed. Very clean and had everything we needed. If I had to come up with a negative, I would say it’s the neighbors 3 dogs barking throughout the night and early morning. Overall, it was very nice, and I would stay there again!!
