The cabin was super cool and very clean. Property owners where very friendly and accommodating. They even had a cool little pro shop (though we were on the wrong kinda bike) it wast still a pleasant saty and definitely look forward to our next opportunity

what a great lil corner of Bentonville! easy access to the trails, and the cabins, tho small were perfect for our time there. Also- had some great conversations with others who were there and being our first time there, gave helpful tip on the trails, downtown, where to eat etc. will definitely be back!

MTB heaven!

Room was immaculate. The common areas are well thought out and create a great place for MTBers to connect and share stories of their experiences. Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone who loves riding.

Perfect for seniors

Check in was tricky because it is techno based and I was unfamiliar with the process but owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Bed was super comfortable and grounds has everything you could ask for. I am not a biker but enjoy camping and outdoors and this is perfect for seniors such as myself. I will definitely do it again!

We loved our stay at the bike in. Stayed in one of the tiny cabins. It was the perfect size for the two of us to rest and relax after biking all day. We absolutely loved the bed! Super comfortable and allowed us to get a great nights sleep. 3 miles to downtown, easy bike ride to and from dining/shopping. Some restaurants and coffee super close by. Would highly recommend doing a bike tour with Jeremy and renting the e-bikes he has. We were able to ride various trail systems and navigate better the next two days when we were on our own. Jeremy made it the best experience! Awesome to have a local take you around.

Set-up is perfect for people who like to ride bikes. Everything was as advertised, plus I don’t ever recall bedding as soft in any other place I have stayed. The only issue was that it rained severely cutting trail time nearly the whole time I was there.

Very unique mountain biking destination. Everything you could need in one location. Lodging, bike rentals, guide service, bike shop, repair stations, bike wash station. Nice fire pit. Outdoor kitchen. Great service from Jeremy the owner. Above and beyond my expectations.
