"Als erstes fällt einem der üble, chemische Geruch auf, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Der Geruch verfliegt auch nicht, egal wie lange man lüftet. Besonders sauber war das Appartement auch nicht. Es lagen Krümel auf dem Geschirrschrank, an den Küchenschranktüren klebten noch Kaffeeflecken, im Bad war die Toilettenbürste wohl schon länger nicht sauber gemacht worden und staub lag sowieso überall.
