"We found it the ideal base for our stay in KL, very central. Lots to do out and about with great street food near by at Jalan Alor. Using the grab app for taxis was the best way to get about."

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."

"The hotel was a bit run down. Bathroom cleaning and glasses and cups are not very thorough. Duty manager rang me several times wrongly and I had to call back for a different room for evacuation on my overseas mobile and costs a lot to ring back and pick up"

"My third stay in this hotel. Hotel provides free pickup and drop-off to KL Sentral Mall, Mid Valley and Bangsar Valley, Room is clean and spacious. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. All hotel staff are so friendly and helpful especially the security team. Every floor lift lobby has free snacks, hot beverages and chilled tea. Strongly recommend it."
