Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur

"My family and I had an amazing time at The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hao Ting, (Head of Operations for the Front Office department) was so helpful, with everything, nothing was too much, he helped us with getting a connecting room, as our son has severe learning disabilities and we needed him to feel safe. He replied to every message and question I sent, I was blown away by how kind he was, even on the day we were leaving he came to see us in person, what a lovely guy. Our rooms were cleaned every day by housekeeping, the staff were always helpful. We stayed 28 nights in total, the views from our rooms were amazing. The Buffet Breakfast was amazing and the staff were always very attentive and welcoming. My son loved using the indoor swimming pool and the gym, it's very safe and secure. We enjoyed having room service, even at 2am on the day we arrived, the food was excellent the staff were always friendly and had a smile on their face and would help at every opportunity. The porters always had a smile on their faces and would always hold the doors open when going outside and help with the taxis and any shopping bags. It's difficult for us as a family to go abroad especially with my sons disabilities, but the hotel was so nice that we enjoyed the holiday so much that we are already planning to go back in 2027. It’s a Brilliant hotel, the location is great and we would definitely recommend to everyone."

"Decent hotel with Excellent views. I would recommend the breakfast because it has amazing views. I would recommend against ordering room service due to cold food arriving and poor quality. We had to have food redone, and had to dispute room charges after being double charged. For the price point ithe hotel should do better. i would only recommend for one night because of the Excellent views if booking a tower view."

"Beautiful renovations especially on the lower floors. Location is the best in KL as literally the Pavillion is across the road. Amazing customer service and breakfast buffet is WOW. Only stay there when in KL. Have compared to many hotels in the area. Still number 1 especially now with renovations fully complete."
