"Overall was good in terms of location, clean, shopping was just a footstep away. But downfall was breakfast as it was a vegetarian option only. So breakfast only 1 out of 10."

"One huge disappointment was that there is one bar on the 7th floor that people smoke in. Because they sell cigars the smell for a non smoker was just horrible and even the soft furnishings smelt. There is no separate area and unless you are a club member there are no other bars in the hotel."

"Staff was very nice at front desk. We booked two rooms and they make it interconnecting for us. The room was clean though a little bit old. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The hotel is connected through a covered indoor pathway to mid valley mall. The Grab pick up and drop off was at the entrance to the mall not the hotel but it is just few steps away. There is also a stand for metered taxi which we took early morning to KL Sentral. There are another St Giles hotel nearby so be careful when you order Grab to put the correct hotel name or address."

"Decent hotel with Excellent views. I would recommend the breakfast because it has amazing views. I would recommend against ordering room service due to cold food arriving and poor quality. We had to have food redone, and had to dispute room charges after being double charged. For the price point ithe hotel should do better. i would only recommend for one night because of the Excellent views if booking a tower view."
