We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found both meals to be excellent. This is a family-run hotel with owners who clearly care deeply about the property. "Absolutely LOVED my stay here. The owner, Gabrielle is an amazing host who makes you feel so welcome and at home. My room had fantastic view of the river and bridges, there is also a restaurant and terrace above. Room and property is very clean and well kept. It was very quiet so always a great sleeping experience. Bed and pillows very comfy. She made me breakfast every morning and was so helpful with suggestions and insights to the town. I would for sure stay here again, Thanks again to the owner and her family for such an wonderful and charming place"

"This is an excellent, luxurious hotel. The room is clean, spacious with free parking on-site, The location is within easy walking to Rruga Republika where you will find an array of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast was great with variety of choice. We enjoyed views of the Berat Mountain where the Berat Castle is, highly recommended."

"A 3 day visit for us but could not have been more pleased. A central location with plenty of eating and shopping nearby. The owner is lovely and very helpful, the breakfast was plenty to start the day with. The hotel is super clean. We had a problem with the plumbing the first night but moved to another room without any fuss. Lovely mix of other visitors as well which is always interesting."

"A wonderful little hotel, very comfortable and affordable. Helpful staff, who speak Abania, Italian, and English. Conveniently located to all the sites without the noise and congestion of the typical tourist spots. A full breakfast is included. I had dinner in the restaurant; the food was fresh and generous portions. Only down side, there was no refrigerator in my room as was noted on the booking that one was included. Note: If you can't (or don't want to) do stairs, that might be an issue for you."
