"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. NH Toulouse Airport

NH Toulouse Airport

8/10 Good
"We stayed for one night before an early morning departure, so skipped on the hotel breakfast in favour of eating in the Business Class lounge at the airport. The hotel is easy to get to, though a bit of a walk. The final entry into the lobby from the terminal involves a zig-zag for roller bags. Ditto for getting back to the terminal in the morning. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and sleeping was easy. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant was good, with service not beginning until after 7pm --> airlines don't use that kind of schedule, so why does an airport hotel do it? So, a few quirks, but this is the best/easiest hotel to use for an early morning departure from TLS. Recommended!"
