"The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm in a legal dispute with hotels.com and this sub par hotel to get a refund. Disgusting, unhygienic place. Excrement marks all over place. I have contacted Bali authorities as this place is beyond dirty and is refusing to give refund. Scammers. Hotels.com is just twiddling their thumbs and saying its upto the hotel to issue refund. They are advertising such a dirty place but still the hotel gets to scam! All of the pictures you see are several years old. "
