From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The Food: Breakfast was absolutely stellar. Every morning was a treat with fresh ingredients and great variety—it was easily one of the highlights of our daily routine. The Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. It is super close to both the Medina and Bahia Palace, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's historical gems on foot without needing constant taxis. The Only Downside The only reason I am rating this 4 stars instead of 5 was a persistent funky smell in certain areas of the property. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was noticeable enough to affect the otherwise luxurious vibe of the stay. Final Verdict: Despite the odor issue, the incredible service and prime location make this a top-tier choice. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy as there is a desk manned at all hours. The location is close to Gueliz but a distance from the medina. Amenities were lacking. Minimal pieces of furniture. Few cooking pieces and utensils. No dishwashing soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The bathroom sink leaked water."

"Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice. "

"Excellent breakfast, the staff were very friendly and flexible. The room was very clean and refreshed every day, the beds were comfortable and the location was near to everything whilst being a bit out of the way to be quieter. It was hard to find, so get good directions and keep your own sat nav on in the taxi to make sure they get you as close as possible "
