Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Das schönste ist der Ausblick zum Watzmann, einfach herrlich. Würde sofort wieder herfahren, aber der Anstieg vom Parkplatz zum Hauseingang (ca 5 Min. ) ist für mich und meine Frau ( 80 + ) zu anstrengend.

Die Ferienwohnung ist etwas abseits in Berchtesgaden aber trotzdem gut gelegen. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Zentrum von Berchtesgaden erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten, den Königssee in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ausstattung ist perfekt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Parken ist manchmal etwas eng und zum Hauseingang kann man nur zum Be- und Entladen hochfahren.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Vor Ort findet man nämlich viele Möglichkeiten Essen und einkaufen zu gehen. Die Lage im allgemeinen ist gut und die Stadt in circa 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell in umgebenden Städten wie Salzburg oder Bad Reichenhall. Ein Highlight, welches wir gerne genutzt haben, ist das Hauseigene Schwimmbad. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Berge, denn Watzmann, Jenner usw, eigentlich unbezahlbar. Alles war Top sauber. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Auch das Hallenbad haben wir tgl genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegenüber ist gleich eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten am Königssee oder Jenner. Man kann quasi aufs Auto auch durchaus mal verzichten

Klein aber fein mit toller Aussicht

Der Weg zum Appartement war für einen Flachland Mensch schon ein Mini Herausforderung. Das Auto konnte man nur zum be- und entladen bis vor die Tür fahren. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es hat bei allem etwa 10 min gefehlt, ob es die Arbeitsfläche war oder der Küchentisch. Für eine Woche war die Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Bei der Dusche war es ein Glücksrad, die Wärmezufuhr passierte plötzlich und unerwartet. Und für große/ etwas fülligere Menschen war die Dusche sehr klein. Das Bett war bequem, allerdings für eine Person schlecht zu besteigen. Im Schrank wenig Ablagefläche für Sachen aus dem Koffer. Blick vom Balkon sehr schön, leider während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Baustelle direkt im Blickfeld, immer ein Kran im Bild.

Es war alles super und sehr sauber . Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit der Wohnung hat es ja nichts zu tun . Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit .

Top Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt während unseres Kurzurlaubs in Berchtesgaden. Einen besseren Ausblick muss man wohl länger suchen; die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man einen steilen Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus zurücklegen muss, aber für uns war das kein Problem. Zum Ausladen kann man ja auch für kurze Zeit direkt vor der Tür parken.
