Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, parallel zu einer Einkaufsstraße, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem kleinen Einkaufsmarkt. Geschäfte und Restaurants super zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der wunderschöne Strand von Berck ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Aufteilung der Betten ist nicht optimal. Das große Regal nimmt in der eh schon kleinen Wohnung zu viel Platz weg und hatte auch keinen Zweck. Das Hochbett ist für die Zimmerhöhe weniger geeignet. Man hatte kaum Platz um sich zu drehen, geschweige denn sich hinzusetzen. Der Vermieter Claude war sehr nett. Insgesamt: Lage top, Rest ok.

Le studio était très propre & très bien équipé. Par contre, RdC sur rue dc bruyant, peu d aération possible car fenêtres d un seul côté & plein Ouest dc soleil ++ AM... Manque d espace à l intérieur du fait de l utilisation maximale de l espace... TB pr 1 semaine mais pas plus, surtout avec enfant ! Propriétaires très aimables & arrangeants, mais prix élevé pour surface...

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable... Le studio est bien agencé et ne manque de rien. Nous recommandons ce logement. Le propriétaire est très accueillant.
