"We had lounge access with our booking however the hotel was very busy with a number of events. The manager in recognition upgraded our room and provided in room service. The following day the deputy manager helped me and my wife with a harbour cruise and provided a complimentary evening meal. The hotel made our stay so special and I thank the hotel manager and deputy manager for spending the time with us and helping to make our stay a great one. "

"This place was amazing. Clean, beautiful views, quiet area, large rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and stay out of your way so you can do whatever you want to. The only issue is that the parking can be a bit difficult to manage with a large vehicle."

"Nice old converted house. Good neighbourhood. Check in staff not available when I arrived despite being at a time they were meant to be there. Found a security guard who suggested I call the duty manager who was not on site - security guard let me in to room. Left after a few days while only ever having seen the security guard and occasionally someone on reception, who was not particularly helpful."

"first of all it should never be listed, the building is in bad condition, the windows are falling, there is no aircondition considering it was 98 deg outside, the place was not clean I would not rate it any star. Expedia should take them off the hotels It is sad to call it a hotel."
