"There is a digital check in at the property, no front desk staff. Check in is a bit confusing but be sure to check your hotel confirmation email for check out procedures (I didn't). Property is well kept and they are renovating the italian restaurant next door which will likely be up and running in the spring. Very quiet neighborhood and room and bathroom were spotless."

L’hôtel n’était pas plein et il est certains que d’autres chambres étaient dispo. J’aurais apprécié que le réceptionniste fasse preuve de discernement et de bon sens. L’hôtel reste néanmoins recommandable car le reste est ok. Il conviendrait aussi de changer la tête de lit de la chambre que j’ai occupé qui était très usée. "

"We booked this room primarily due to the price. We found the room to be equal to many other rooms on this trip that cost much more. It was quiet, clean, spacious and the mattress was firm."

There was someone in reception when I arrived which was fortunate as I hadn’t been sent the door code. Road noise was disturbing if the windows were open, despite my room being at the back of the building. Overall rather expensive for a functional place to stay but available at short notice and convenient for the people I was visiting."

The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...
