Great location and nice communal spaces to chill out in. Food and drinks in the restaurant were decent. Downside was the weird doors that have to be locked when you leave. We didn't know and left our room unlocked for two days. Plus side its very safe and nothing went missing.

24-hour coffee and Tea are available. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff especially Paolo and Alejandro. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Very accessible to everything, transportation, shopping, tourism and restaurants. So safe!

Excellent location with a great breakfast buffet to satisfy everyone’s cravings. I arrived around 8:00 Pm, taking the Bergen airport train to Nonneseter train station. Rolling my luggage around the corner, I entered the Hotel to check in. The following morning, after enjoying the breakfast, I walked around the corner to take the 8:08 Am train tours, boat tour and bus tour. Fjord tours photos made it easy to navigate from train to Flan train to boat to bus to train to return to Bergen. After a long day, I walked around the corner from the Nonneseter train station to the hotel.

Three of us shared a family room and we were very comfortable. Great proximity to the train station and tram system. 10 minute walk to downtown. 45 min tram to the airport. The breakfast was absolutely splendid! We had an interior room which didn’t have a view. Not much selection on the tv (a couple of Nordic channels) so we ended up buying an HDMI cable for our laptop so that we could watch movies. Staff were very helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others especially if they were taking the train to Bergen.

This hotel is a quite oasis within the quiet oasis that is Bergen. Ideally situated next to the main rail station with none of the safety drawbacks usually experienced in staying near stations. Close to the tram for the airport. A clean and friendly hotel with great dining options from the plentiful breakfast to the in house bistro. IlThe hotel sorted me a room when I arrived 9 hours before check in. No fuss. Fabulous service

Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed! Good location - only steps from the railway station, although there was no noise as a result. Comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do.
