"We certainly enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. Monnickendam is a cute little town with a nice market, shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop into Amsterdam - very convenient. On the houseboat you find everything you need. Perfect spot in the evening is on the rooftop. Our host provided us with a very warm welcome. Communication was easy and very pleasant. Getting used to the dry toilet is a little challenge - there are „normal“ toilets in the main building."

La péniche bouge un peu lorsqu'il y a du vent, donc il faut tout de même s'assurer que vous n'avez pas le mal de mer. La cuisine est pratique pour se faire à manger. La ville est superbe et facile d'accès à pied."
