"We really enjoyed the location and the on-site amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, and the spa and gym are better than most hotel facilities. The restaurant staff were great. Highly recommend - the lighting in the rooms could be upgraded."

"A little over priced considering the size of the (single) room but the location was great, right next to a ski lift and the room and ski lockers were super clean. All of the female staff were supremely friendly and helpful. My room was a little colder than I'm used to and one of them apologized and brought me an electric heater right away. There was a glitch in that the shower ran out of hot water one morning, when I mentioned it to the young man at reception, he argued with me and said that was impossible, and then said the room was warm enough and the water was hot. He needs to take a course in hospitality, that's not how you talk to a guest in a near 300 euro/night room. If he'd just said he'd look into it and would make sure it didn't happen again, it would have been fine with me, things sometimes happen. But he just had to talk down to me. I'm hoping he'll be made to change his attitude because he really did the hotel a disservice."
