"The staff at the hotel were the nicest people ever! We got to the hotel before the check in time, but they let us check in early. When we inquired about places to eat, they recommended the restaurant there and several of the waitresses chatted with us as we were checking out the menu trying to decide if I'd be able to eat anything on it because of my dietary issues. The hotel itself is decorated with a good mix of comfort and history. Our room was small and quaint. We were in the back of the historical section so it was quiet. The only complaints I have are the bed was way too hard, there isn't a fan in the bathroom and when I was showering the water all of a sudden got cold. Otherwise this is one of the best places my husband and I have stayed in! The hotel is right next to the state park where there's a spa and a Roman bathhouse where you can go soak in the mineral water. And again, the front desk clerks are the nicest, friendliest people!!! If/when we get back to Berkeley Springs, we will definitely stay there again, just not in the same room. 😊 "

"My friend and I rented this home for a girls out weekend. The home was cozy, clean and well accommodated for our needs. Upon arrival we ran into a small setback with an extra lock on the door keeping us from getting in but Heena responded quickly and walked us through how to get it unlocked. I have a very large SUV that took some maneuvering to get into the driveway but im sure smaller vehicles will not have any issues. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Berkley Springs. Thank you again Heena!!! :)"

"We were two parents, two grandparents and two children (10 and 18) visiting some family who live in Berkeley Springs. This was the perfect place to keep our diverse age group crew happy and entertained for a holiday weekend. Each of the four upstairs bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, which makes it ideal and then the top floor with all the bunkbeds and kids games was awesome and kid friendly for sure. But that’s not all! the super cool air-conditioned garage made into a game room (arcade, foosball, basketball etc) provided hours of entertainment for the younger set. While also the downstairs Stonewalled speakeasy provided a great place for anyone who wanted to hang out after dinner and provided space for some nice father -son blackjack lessons to happen there too. The kitchen was great and well stocked (plenty of dishes and cutlery!!) and a dining table comfortably sat 8 of us. every little detail was handled beautifully by our hosts. We’d love to stay here again."
