The Dove's Nest is a luxurious cabin nestled in the woods of Berkeley Springs. The dove represents peace and love which is what you will find at this private relaxing retreat.

Designed for a romantic couples’ getaway, the Dove's Nest features one king bedrooms with plush bedding and a vaulted ceiling. Custom hickory cabinets, hickory floors and custom American made cedar log furniture decorate the cabin. You can relax on the comfortable Lazy Boy furniture in the great room and enjoy the stunning floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. The bathroom includes a large jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, GE Slate HE appliances and is stocked with everything you will need to fix delicious gourmet meals. You can grill outdoors in any weather on the covered porch.

The cabin is 925 square feet, wheelchair accessible with a concrete pad and ramp to the porch. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps up to 2 adults and 2-3 small children. The cabin is furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including Dish Network, Frontier Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is steady but not super fast.

Bath chairs and elevated toilet seats are available on request.

We also have a two bedroom cabin named Buck Haven situated in walking distance to the Dove's Nest. Buck Haven's listing ID is 969021. Both properties are thoughtfully situated for privacy yet close enough for friends and family to rent and have a great time together.

Great stay again

We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. Great location close to Cacapon State park. The cabin itself is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen.

Anniversary get away

Nice clean property, very well stocked Kitchen. Close to hiking trails, and nice relaxing tub for afterwards. Tough to get in to the couple of nice restaurants in Berkley Springs, suggest calling ahead of your trip if looking for a fine dinning experience.

The photos were just like the place. It was very nice and clean! The jacuzzi was a great way to relax. Eating breakfast outside was definitely a great way to start the day! The fireplace was awesome as well just wish it had some temperature control.

Paradise up on the ridge

We loved the Dove's Nest and will return! The cabin was amazingly clean and cozy, the perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Janie, the manager, is there for you, if you need anything or have any questions. The cabin works wonders helping you unwind and be a part of nature. We are looking forward to our next stay!

The perfect get away

What a wonderful getaway. Dove’s Nest was perfect for our anniversary weekend. It was so nice to stay in a rental with quality finishes and quality furnishings! I was able to cook many meals in the very well appointed kitchen with no problem. We are already planning our next getaway. Janie and Cy have thought of everything!

Perfect place for a peaceful retreat.

Janie couldn't be a better host. Cy, the owner and builder, spared no expense in making the accommodations superb. Combines the solitude of a luxurious "treehouse" in the woods with easy access to Cacapon State Park and the resources of Berkeley Springs. We will return. (our dogs loved it, too!)

Peaceful & Relaxing

Our stay at the Dove’s Nest was the perfect getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The cabin was perfectly presented with everything we needed. The quite nature surroundings were easily enjoyed from the covered porch that provided views of the treetops. Anniversary

Thank you Janie for making our 49th anniversary so very special! This cabin the area and the furnishings are impeccable. The photos are just the beginning of how wonderful the cabin is. With my husband having PD the availability of HC accessibility was amazing . Janie was available always for anything we might need and such a pleasure to work with. Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful and quiet location. The cabin is immaculately maintained, decorated and equipped. The kitchen has everything that you will need. All of the furniture and finishes are top notch. All communications with Janie were promptly answered. We stayed for two days, cooking in and sitting on the wrap around deck just taking in the peace and quiet. I can't think of one thing that was missing. I would say that it is one of the best all round VRBO experiences that my wife and I have ever had.

The Dove’s Nest Holiday Stay

Janie & Cy’s cabin home is 10/10 perfect. So clean and well appointed. Every little thing was thought of and so incredibly organized. If you have forgotten something trust me it was there. Janie should give lesson on how to be a first class host. She definitely is! The cabin was beautiful inside and it was like being in a giant treehouse with all the trees and nature looking out of every window. We saw deer, many birds and our doggies enjoyed the views just as much. We visited Cacaon State Park and the heated mineral baths in Berkeley Sprjngs. The parks are beautiful with a lot to do!
