The furniture they picked out fits perfectly and I loved that laundry was on the first floor. Location was close to great restaurants & grocery stores. I felt safe and there were single women walking their dogs through out the neighborhood. Backyard was cute & it was nice knowing the neighbors were watching out for me as well since I was alone....

"The house was excellent. Very clean & accurate listing. The basement game room was a huge hit. There is a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, & table arcade system with about 60 classic video games such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Frogger, Dig Dug. The pool table was in great shape. The cue sticks need a little TLC or replacement. No issue with ping pong or arcade table. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. One suggestion is provide some laundry supplies.
