"This was an awesome property! I highly recommend it, especially if you have two families or teens. The floor plan is really neat -- each side or wing has two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. They share the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils and cookware. We brought our own cookware because we've had problems in the past, but we didn't need any of it!The house was immaculately clean and the air conditioner worked well! Any time I communicated with Shea, I was answered promptly. Again, if you need a place to stay in Boone or Ames, this is perfect!!!"
