"staff was very friendly and it was clean. Our tv wasn’t working when we first arrived but once we called someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes. Breakfast was simple like most places, they had cereal, bagels, muffins, and a pancake maker with juices and coffee. My only complaint is the ac just didn’t keep the room cool hardly. Wasn’t a major issue for us because we were really only sleeping there. Overall a decent place to stay"

"Our check in staff was great and worked hard to help us add our park tickets to our purchase. However, the morning staff said we had to check out of our room because Cheap Tickets did not get all of our nights out together in the same room. When I pressed them on why they told me it was the same room the night before they acted as though they couldn’t do anything about it because that room type was all sold out. So I spent the hour I planned on getting ready for our day repacking and repacking the car. I was told to speak with the a manager later in the day. I called and asked for the manager who then told me that he could get a room ready for us any earlier or basically help us. A few hours later I received a call that our room was ready. We just rechecked in and are literally in the room next door! All that work for nothing!"

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent—basic options. Our biggest complaint were the ants. Ants aren’t a big deal but we had to switch rooms and they were still everywhere the second you put anything on a hard surface. They were also on our shoes when we had them on the floor. Traveling with a kiddo, food is usually needed in the hotel room. We weren’t able to keep any food in our room because of the ants. Even unopened food. I would say 3/10 because of that it made it pretty inconvenient to be there for longer than just one night."

"Pros: beds were queen size, mattress was firm but not uncomfortable. Pillows were fluffy and there were plenty of them. The room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave functioning. Room was a good size. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good and there was a good amount of choices for the average human. Coffee was tasty. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. Surprised to see slides in the pool, we didn't get to use but looked cool. Location is fantastic to Cedar Point, just 4 minutes down the road. Hotel is also close to stores and restaurants. Cons: Breakfast did not have diabetic friendly options, mostly carbs and sugars. Only one ice machine on the lower level on one side of the complex. Overall: a fantastic option for those traveling to Cedar Point or their sports complex for the price. Will stay here again."
