Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Berlin.

An excellent all round experience. Wonderful hotel, superb rooms, friendly welcome at reception and they deal with any problems efficiently, nice vibe in the bar, and an excellent breakfast in tge restaurant.

This is the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at in Berlin. Excellent nights sleep and very comfortable. The Staff were excellent, efficient and friendly, particularly the bar staff. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I will look to stay here again in the near future.

The good: central quiet area, architecture surrounding the hotel, proximity to major areas, room size, AC. The bad: damaged furniture, dirty/stained walls, dirty door, dirty shower floor. Also had to share the room with a 🕷️. Overall, I wouldn't recommend for this price.

The rooms are good but their age is showing. The hotel is very clean. During the stay, there was a water leak somewhere in the hotel and instead of partially cutting off the water supply, they just decided to cut the water supply of the entire hotel, that too without informing the guests. Which was pretty weird and inconvenient.

There are not body lotion and hand soap for the first two day stay, so we thought they do not them at all, but in the last night stay, we were going to live and found body lotion and hand soap in the room.

Mediocre hotel in good location

WiFi in the room (2nd floor) is practically nonexistent, so working in the room is only possible with a hotspot. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed even at the lowest setting. There is a gutter smell in the bathroom. Breakfast is very average. Bad insulation, you can hear every footstep in the hallway and word your neighbor says. Location is great. I would not recommend it and will not come back

My first visit to Berlin, better for the hotel. My wife and I were there for 8 days, the room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. We liked the warming lamp in the bathroom. We had the traditional German breakfast only once and found BLND coffee shop right across the street that had pretzel bagels with lox, caprese, and avocado (3 differnt choices), muesli with Chia seeds or yogurt, and pastries that we only had a couple of times. There is also a small shop in the same space and we were able to buy mineral water and some German snacks. Dinner at the hotel was delicious, Grace had the Wienerschnitzel and I had an interesting take on pesto with spinach instead of basil. Every one of the staff were fantastic, helpful and personable and engaging. I would recommend Arcotel John F [for JFK] in a heartbeat

Would give a JF for this hotel…

The hotel was great for our stay, around 5 minute walk to the U Bahn. We walked to the TV Tower in around 20 minutes. The hotel was quiet and really clean. Reception was always on hand to help. The hotel menu was a little limited but the staff were great. It said that they had a laundry service which was quite expensive (€4 for a pair of socks)! All in all though a nice little place to stay that was value for money and very convenient.

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Empfang war super nett und wir konnten auch etwas früher Einchecken. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und gemütlich. Lediglich das Bad war für meinen Geschmack etwas „kalt“. Aber für den Preis ist die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft top!
