The room was in good condition and the matresses were nice. When you close the windows they block a lot of noise from outside. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The check-in was a bit confusing, and at night you could sometimes hear echo’s from people walking in the hallway, but overall I had a good night’s sleep. It was a bit sad that there weren’t a lot of lactose- and eggfree (or vegan) options at the café apart from drinks. They do serve a nice oatmilk cappuccino.

A huge property but really friendly. I arrived late at 1.30 and it was no problem. The staff were really friendly and were I slept was quiet. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the museums abd 10 minutes to the east side gallery.

You get what you pay for. We only needed a place to rest our heads and for this it worked well. Location is about 10 minute walk to public transport. We stayed in a private room with ensuite and 2 single beds - it was tiny with no Aircon and poor pillows but otherwise clean and comfortable.

Location is great - close to Kitkat and Tressor which are popular clubs in Berlin to visit. Room was adequate for October as we had no need for AC or heating. Bathroom is small but pretty clean. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for most of the time we were there so we had to carry our luggage down 6 floors (our room was on level 6) which was terrible, but otherwise good price and clean place

This is a very affordable place to stay in Berlin, the rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. It is close to the subway (Heinrich-Heine strasse station) and within walking distance to Alexanderplatz. There were several school classes staying at the same time and during the morning peak the breakfast buffet could get a little bit chaotic. The neighbourhood is perhaps not the nicest, but did not feel unsafe. Overall I thought it was good value for the price we payed - and would highly recommend it.

Out of the way and quiet neighborhood. A little hard to find because there was no sign on the building. Only 1 of 3 elevators were working. Very noisy during the day as people were running in the halls and shouting but quiet at night. This is a hostel so expect a lot of young people but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a good area

The room is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. But the area is not very nice. Right outside the hotel there were people dealing drugs, also in the daytime, and it didnt feel quite safe as a solo traveler. Sadly there was also alot of noice from the bar in the evenings. I wouldnt recommend if you travel alone, but it is a cheap option if these things dont bother you.

bed were horribly uncomfortable,the cleaner did not replace our bedsheets for an entire week! we had to do it on our own. the elevatoros did not work half the time we needed them and when they did they were sloww and took forever until they get to you. staff was "minimanly nice" and you could feel it,overall for the price especially, would not recommend or come back.
