Schöne Stadtwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Babelsberg, im ehemaligen Weberviertel. Von dort aus kann man mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln oder mit dem Fahrrad alle Touristenattraktionen problemlos erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, besonders das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, auch die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nichts zu meckern. gemütlich

Sehr schöner Standort, um von dort aus Potsdam und Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr gute Infrastruktur in Babelsberg (Einkaufen, Restaurants, ÖPNV, ...). Wir sind viel mit dem Rad unterwegs gewesen

Ferienwohnung zum Erholen

Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnstraße und man kann dort sehr ruhig schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, das Bad geräumig, mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm; die Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch, da er selbst dort wohnt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung sehr gute Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, die Wohnung genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Lage ist super. Alles was man benötigt ist max. 15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Schlachter, diverse verschiedene Restaurants, und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit, die wir im Schuppen unterstellen durften, und haben tolle Radtouren rund um Potsdam, nie ist man weit weg von einem Fluß oder See. Hiher Freizeitwert in der Gegend. Also, eine Reise lohnt sich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Babelsberg

Unsere Ferienwohnung lag im Erdgeschoss, sie war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Es war in der Küche alles da, was man benötigt. Parkplatz waren auch immer vorhanden, nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen in zentraler Lage

Der Check-In lief reibungslos und war zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr auch spontan durchführbar. Also kein terminlich er Stress bei der Anreise. Auch die Übergabe lief sehr freundlich und schnell. Zur Nachfrage gibt es eine ausführliche Willkommensmappe, die sehr hilfreich ist. Die Wohnung erscheint frisch renoviert und ist sehr modern aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern dargestellt. Für unsere Erfahrungen mit Ferienwohnung war das schon beinahe luxuriös. Die Wohnung ist eben wirklich ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Toll fanden wir vor allem das Infomaterial über Potsdam, das hat uns nochmal sehr geholfen und andere Einblicke gegeben. Auch die Lage ist einmalig. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Das Auto kann an der Straße sicher geparkt. Innerhalb von 10 min kann man Busse und gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Sogar den Potsdamer Hbf und den Filmpark Barbelsberg kann man je nach Laufgeschwindigkeit in 20 bis 30 min zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben also nichts wirklich negatives zu berichten. Natürlich sieht man, trotz der tollen Renovierung, bei näherer Betrachtung an einigen Stellen, dass das Haus/ die Wohnung schon etwas älter ist, das stört aber nicht wirklich. Und die Dusche führt, aufgrunddessen das sie offen ist, leicht zu kleineren Überschwemmungen ins Bad hinein, aber auch das ist nicht weiter tragisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch für 3 Personen gut geeignet, auch wenn dritte Person auf Ausziehcouch schlafen darf. Wohlfühlen für 3 Personen. Ruhige Lage und alles in Nähe schnell zu bekommen.

Komfortabel. Zentral gelegen. Ruhige Gegend. WLAN leider ziemlich lahm. Parkplätze wegen Stadion nebenan oft kaum zu finden. Zimmerwände nach außen erschienen feucht in Bodennähe (Flecken, gelöste Tapete). Leider kein anschließbarer (! ) Fahrradunterstand. Aber trotzdem im Ganzen sehr zufrieden!
