This charming updated two story canal front cottage is located on Ocean Parkway minutes from Route 90. Our cottage has three bedrooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap around deck and a view of the canal. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed and a view of the canal. There is a full bathroom on each floor both with walk in showers. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck and a view of the canal. The living room is adjacent to the eat in kitchen which has a large table which also has a view of the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals including microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen door leads to a large screened in porch with a table for eating crabs or your favorite beach fare. There is a gas grill on the deck for grilling. The large driveway has enough space for parking several cars. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the canal. Bring your fishing poles to fish off the pier.
