Historic retro loft near Potsdam, Garten+Seenah

In the picturesque little town of Caputh, where Einstein once lived, you’re just a 5-minute walk from Lake Caputh and Lake Templin. You even have your own garden for playing, sunbathing, and barbecuing ;) Quick access via regional trains and buses! It’s also perfect for biking around the lake on the Europaweg and to Sanssouci in Potsdam! Everything your heart desires for your comfort is right here in this vacation rental! The kitchen is fully equipped, including everything you need for baking and cooking!

ATTENTION!!! There’s an extra fee for pets due to the increased cleaning required (to ensure an allergy-friendly environment for the next guests) and wear and tear. DOGS must be kept on a leash!

You’ll have 1 separate bedroom with excellent slatted frames and 7-zone cold-foam mattresses (180x200), an additional sofa bed (160x200), and a height-adjustable children’s/baby bed with removable side rails. A workspace is also included.

From October through March, I charge €10 per person for TOWELS & BED LINEN. During the summer months, this is included.
From April 1 through October 31, a tourist tax of €2 per night per person aged 18 and older applies.

You can shop right across the street at Rewe, which is open until 10:00 PM. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathrooms. If you’re interested, we can also rent you bicycles. You can rent motorboats at Boote Caputh.

I rent bicycles for 10€/day and SUPs for 10€/hour or 30€/day.

PLEASE NOTE: The stairs are very steep; this apartment is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. There are small steps inside the apartment, but they are marked with glow-in-the-dark tape that shines even at night.

NOISE: Starting at 9:00 a.m., after-school care children come to the playground across the street a few times a day, so it can get a bit noisier for about half an hour during school hours. Traffic noise is barely audible in the apartment or the garden, as the property features a quiet courtyard and soundproof Velux windows. In the evenings after 10:00 p.m., there’s no more car traffic in this small village, so you can sleep peacefully with the windows open!
