Beautiful hotel. Rooms immaculate. Staff really friendly. The area has gone a bit quiet since the traffic changed but some decent restaurants, bars and transport links in the immediate area.

Loved our 4 night stay in Berlin at the Hotel Luc. Perfectly situated for visiting all the main tourist spots, and also conveniently close to coffee shops, restaurants and upscale stores. Highly recommend walking across the street to the French Cathedral and climbing the 267 steps to the bell tower for the beautiful view of the city.

A fresh feeling hotel. Very clean. We had a good size bedroom with plenty of space for two of us overlooking the park. King bed. Restaurant and bar on street. Staff were all helpful, when needed. Great location for our vacation walking distance to big attractions with trains trams everywhere around.

I did not like the breakfast set up.. if you pay the high fee to include breakfast, you are given a €39/day breakfast budget to order off the a La Carte menu.. Water was €5, cappuccino €8, etc.. when the “bill” comes you are asked to tip. I just stayed at a 5* hotel in Vienna, where not only was breakfast cheaper, but it had a buffet of pastries, cheese and cold cuts, lox, eggs & sausage & bacon, caviar, pate, five types of champagne, fresh juice, as many coffee drinks as you want, plus an a La carte menu to order off of which is included. The property was fine, no real amenities other than a gym. The location is very walkable.. I would not stay here again due to the breakfast. Also — you are not refunded if you don’t order to the €39 daily budget.

It’s really bad customer service. The TV was not working the first night and from 830. They let us woke up a.m.. They wanna fix the TV and we are tired and sleep. We should in vacation and they keep knock the door and they didn’t do anything for that Not acceptable things like one oh one night no TV The Manager do nothing. I would never book in this hotel again.
