The property was great, very clean and comfortable. But what made the property a 5 star in my book was the staff. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours. Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite

Stay at the Hotel Pankow

I did enjoy my stay very much. The shower was excellent which was very important when coming in from the cold. The receptionists were very cordial and helpful. One of them made an extra effort to help me locate a money exchange station. I was thankful for her help during my stay.

Nice hotel for the price. I have no complaints. If you're planning on visiting the centre of Berlin, check the public transport situation first. Due to constructions it was taking me 45 min.

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Check-in could be earlier as the room was ready 2 hours before. It was clean and pleasantly quiet at night. The breakfast was more than enough for me and tasted good (especially the scrambled eggs and the fried bacon). The rolls were very crispy and the coffee was hot and good (I drank it black).

We stayed there for a weekend trip and the hotel put us in a tiny room just above a “private venue room”. Party all night long, very loud and we couldn’t sleep. After 3pm you can’t reach anyone to complain. Very unfriendly men owner. Russian background. Avoid. Worst hotel stay ever

Das Ein- und Ausschecken ist unkompliziert, geht schnell auch bei zeitweise nicht Besetzung der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön warm, es waren Nachts Temperaturen um 0°C. Die Bettauflage war sehr weich und bildete deshalb beim Schlafen an vielen Stellen unangenehme Vertiefungen.

Ich war schon mehrfach Gast im Hotel Pankow. Auch diesmal wieder ein sehr schönes Zimmer und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Trotz der aktuellen Situation im Nahverkehr (Straßenbahn fährt nicht) sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden.

Schön das man preisgünstig mit Hund reisen kann. Das Zimmer war ganz nett eingerichtet und das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Für eine kurze Durchreise ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

This hotel claimed they had parking, but they did not. They send you a message that says you have to reserve parking in advance, but when you ask to reserve it, they say they can’t. When you get there, there is no parking lot. You park on the street if you can find a spot.

Ein schönes Hotel - Check in bitte vereinfachen!

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wieder sehr schön. Ein sehr sehr schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Einladendes Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig der Check in, der ab 15:00 am Automaten erfolgen muss, sollte vereinfacht werden, bzw besser erklärt. Ich hatte einen Bestätigungscode, den man aber besser NICHT verwenden sollte, da das Prozedere dann deutlich komplizierter ist als wenn man sich mit dem Namen anmeldet. Unbedingt bereitzuhalten ist Personalausweis oder Pass. Bei der Variante mit Code benötigt man diesen auch, muss aber zusätzlich sämtliche Angaben (Ablaufdatum, Ausstellungsdatum, Ausweisnummer) eingeben. Der dann erhaltene Beleg weist die Zimmernummer aus. Die Hotelkarte ist jedoch nicht sofort einsatzbereit, man muss ca 5 Minuten warten, wie mir ein zufällig aus der Seitentür kommender Gast verriet, als ich ratlos meine Karte vor den Scanner hielt. Da ich bislang immer an der Rezeption einchecken konnte und somit mit dem Aufenthalt von Anfang an sehr zufrieden war, begann die Zeit im Hotel Pankow dieses Mal also etwas stressig. Das sollte vereinfacht werden, am Automaten besser erklärt.
