We fled to this Ibis late in the evening after our 4-star hotel lied about AC. I will always love the Ibis for saving us! AC in the rooms was blissful during a heatwave. Don't be put off by location near central bus station. This hotel is exactly as advertised and that was very welcome.

Great to many different things

Great location of this hotel. Just next door to the bus terminal and super close to Ubahn and Sbahn. Food places close by and grocery store not too far away. Clean and spacious room.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the central bus station (almost on it's premises) but a bit far out from Berlin. Breakfast was really good, the breakfast room is on the top floor with lovely panoramic views of the city.

There was an odor across the floor that probably eminated from the bathrooms inside the rooms. Somehow sewer like fumes continued to seep from the bathroom. We kept the window open during our stay, closed the bathroom door and ran the fan. During the second day it got a little better, but you could still detect the odor, subdued but not defeated. The breakfast area was nice, and breakfast was pretty good. The room and bathroom were bare and if you spent too much time inside it would get depressing. Location was good and mattresses were very soft and great for sleeping.
