Large modern apartment surrounded by forest in Berlin

Located in the renovated buildings this spacious, bright apartment with mezzanine floor, 2 balconies and 2 toilets provides a holiday inside the city. Nestled into the forest that until 1996 was Germany's largest orphanage, the entire complex provided a charm and peacefulness that is hard to find in Berlin.

The main bedroom is on the top floor with air conditioning and the main bathroom and toilet is adjacent. The entry floor which is on the 1st floor of the building has the kitchen and dining room and is a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birds while enjoying a morning coffee. There is a guest toilet on the entrance floor and also a second room which we use as our TV and work room but we have an air mattress if you which to have extra guests or for children.#

We live in this house but will go to visit family in August and September and are looking for some nice people to stay in our house while we are away.
The cost covers the rent, electricity, internet and water. If you need parking it is available by organisation and costs 60 euro per month.
We will put all our clothes and shoes etc in the storage room up stairs and you can use the house like your own.
No parties or events.
