Everything was great, the owner is a great guy. The only problem we had was with the wifi after midnight that was turned off. After we talked with Antonio (owner) the problem was solved. For us from Brazil, due the difference of time, to have internet late at night was important to talk with family, so, if you need this facility, make sure to remember Antonio to let internet on during the whole night

Ruhige Umgebung, nette Vermieter

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Gegend ist etwas abgeschieden, aber dennoch sehr gut erreichbar. Grundstück sehr kinderfreundlich, wir konnten unsere Kinder ohne Beschwerden im Garten spielen lassen. Auch die Austattung des Hauses ist mit Kinder für einen Kurztripp völlig ausreichend.

Excellent location, very close to train that goes directly into Berlin. Very clean and tidy. Hosts are lovely and very friendly. Beds are a little uncomfortable but despite that we did enjoy our stay and would recommend.

Prima Bleibe zum sensationellen Kurs

Anreise am Freitag Abend auch erst gegen 21:30 Uhr war überhaupt kein Problem, wir (5 Personen) wurden trotzdem herzlich begrüßt und auch unser Hund durfte bleiben, es gab nur kurze Verwirrung, da Haustiere entgegen der Ausschreibung wohl doch eher nicht erwünscht waren, vielleicht hatte ich es aber auch nur anders gelesen? Die Unterkunft ist für 5 Personen absolut ausreichend konzipiert, die Eltern auf der Schlafcouch und die Kinder auf dem Schlafboden, sogar eine 6 Person hätte noch ein Plätzchen gefunden, sehr ruhige Lage, dennoch ist die City mit der fußläufig in etwa 10min erreichbaren S-Bahn schnell zugängig, unsere Kinder vom Land waren natürlich auch begeistert vom kostenlosen schnellen W-Lan, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind nicht weit weg (10min), in der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden, allenfalls der Wasserkocher hat etwas geschwächelt, da Bad vermittelte ebenfalls einen modernen, aufgeräumten Charakter. alles in allem ein gelungenes Wochenende in der Hauptstadt und das zum sensationellen Kurs, klingt zwar abgedroschen, ist aber dennoch nicht anders als Insidertipp zu bewerten...wir kommen gern wieder

Der Vermieter war sehr nett ! Das kleine Häuschen war mit Liebe renoviert ! Leider war es, wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort, sehr kalt . Die kleine elektrische Heizung hat leider nicht gereicht das Haus innen aufzuwärmen. Schade !

příjemný pobyt

příjmené ubytování v dostupnosti dopravy do centra města, ideální místo pro trávení dovolené s dopravou do centra města - cca 20 minut, vlak jede co 10 minut. V blízkosti i supermarkety s dlouhou otevírací dobou. Ubytování v domku na zahradě majitele - majitel má 2 děti - zahrada je využívána majitelem.

Et skønt sted for familier

Vi havde en skøn tur til Berlin i vinterferien 2016, hvor vi overnattede i Lucias House. Som andre også har beskrevet her på siden, så er det ikke et hotel, men derimod et hyggeligt lille hus i en baghave i et villakvarter. Parret, som ejer huset, er utroligt søde og imødekommende, og man kan mærke at det betyder meget for dem at deres gæster har en god oplevelse. For os, var det en fordel at bo lidt udenfor byen, da parkeringen var gratis, der var roligt om natten og der var plads til at være en hel familie samlet. S-banen ligger 5 minutters gang fra huset, toget kører ca. hvert. 15. minut og det er let at finde, så det er ikke svært at komme til og fra centrum. Vi vil klart anbefale det til andre familier:-)

Geschikte accomodatie buiten Berlijn centrum.

Betaalbare accomodatie in achtertuin eigenaar. Bedbank in de woonkamer voor 2 personen, 2 vides met matras op de grond en steile trap ernaar toe.Misschien niet heel geschikt voor hele kleine kinderen.Onze kinderen van 14 en 16 hebben er goed geslapen. Prima badkamer en 2 elektrische kookplaten+magnetron voor zelf koken. Aardige eigenaar. Ondanks dat accomodatie in zijn achtertuin is, genoeg privacy. Je kunt er met de auto naar toe en in de straat parkeren. Voor de rest is heel Berlijn prima te bereizen met het openbaar vervoer.

Super ruhige Lage - trotzdem schnell in der Stadt

Schönes, neu renoviertes Gartenhäuschen, absolut ruhige Lage, schöne Terasse, schöner Garten, viel Spielzeug vor allem für kleinere Kinder, Trampolin. Super S-Bahn-Anbindung, in 20 Minuten ist man am Brandenburger Tor. Das Häuschen ist neu renoviert und mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Das Schlafsofa ist etwas ungemütlich. Ansonsten absolut weiterempfehlenswert.

Dejligt hjemligt Berlinophold

Ikke meget hotel over det, da værelset faktisk er et lille hus indrettet i ejernes baghave. Mit ophold var over 3 hverdage områdets beboere var på arbejde så jeg kunne nyde fred og ro både nat og dag. Ca 5 minutters gang til S-Bahn der bragte en frem til Berlin centrum. Kan varmt anbefales til både små og store familier. Der mangler intet i huset, lige fra internet, fjernsyn, bad til lille køkken.Kunne godt finde på gentagelse

Fint lejlighed/hus Lucias hus.

Et dejligt sted. Vi blev dog lidt overrasket over at huset lå i en baghave til et parcelhus. Lejligheden/huset er knap færdig. Vi ville gerne have udnyttet begge hemse. Det var der ikke mulighed for. Havemøblerne trænger til en kærlig hånd. Lidt ekstra udstyr i køkkenet, så som grydelåg, en god kniv og en skål. Ellers fungerede det fint. Der er 600 m til købmand og S-bane. Der er flere restauranter i gåafstand.

The house in the Berlin suburbs

The owner is nice and attentive and he speaks several languages. The rental is a small guest house located behind the owner's residence. The main level is the kitchen, bathroom and living room which converts to a bed. The other two bedrooms are small lofts. The kitchen and bathroom were nice. The wifi wasn't the best but the owner is working to fix the problem. The house works well for a family of four or a group six budget travelers. The house is located in the Berlin suburbs. The house is 800 meters from some good restaurants, 400 meters from a large market and the S-Bahn station. Its a 20 minute train ride to the Brandenburger Gate station. The location is perfect and the price right for budget travelers.

Family weekend in Berlin

We spent three nights in Lucias House and felt very welcome and comfortable. Our children, 4 & 5, enjoyed the garden and we had plenty of room to relax and prepare our own meals. The S Bahn station and supermarkets are within walking distance and the neighbourhood is very quiet and family friendly. We spent our days sightseeing in Berlin and relaxing in the evenings in Lucias House. Highly recommended for families and those looking for a little peace and quiet. A contrast to the hectic city life in the city.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen am Rand von Berlin

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei Nächte in Lucia' s House verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Judit und Antonio sind zwei sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern wieder!
