Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Host canceled two hours before check-in and ruined our entire trip with no communication at all.

The host canceled our reservation two hours before our check in with no warning or communication. We were left stranded with no place to stay. There was no reason given. We spent the entire trip trying to find a place to stay. We had to switch hotels daily and they were expensive at last minute. Customer support was horrible and treated the case with no urgency and ultimately we had to find our own lodging. Customer support agent English was not up to the level to help us. Never booking with this company again.
