Unfortunately, the communication with the host was rather poor. Upon multiple requests, the access details to the apartment were not shared. As a result we were not able to get in, call your hotline and move to a hotel instead. The doorman moreover informed us that supposedly, the power had been cut off by the utilities on the day of arrival. Neither of the questions were clarified by the owner the next day either.
Some alternatives were suggested by your team. However, these did not fully suit what were looking for and we chose another self-found alternative.
So unfortunately, quite some extra hassle and re-planning the first evening and second morning :(
