Good location, great overall service. The ambulances were blaring and driving by all day and night. Not sure if the hotel is close to a hospital or emergency room. It was very obvious from the first day on.

Good quality hotel

Easy to get to the hotel on the U8 underground line and then only a few min walk. With a fantastic bakery right by the station! On this line you can easily get to all the sights and main attractions of Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable English was spoken and service was excellent. The staff were able to help with any queries. The room had comfortable beds and everything you would need nice toiletries and a kettle. Breakfast is a buffet with a really good choice of good food. Good hotel good value. Recommend.

Give us some light

Hotel is a little dated, but comfortable enough. It was the best option in the area in which we wished to stay and would have received a better rating but for: a) It was the darkest hotel room we have ever stayed in. There were a few auxiliary lights, but no main ones and nothing to enable one to read in bed b) The air conditioning/heating system was very noisy.

Basic amenities, nice staff, but would not visit again. Hotel room was uncomfortably hot at night, unable to turn the AC any lower. Received extra pillows but they were all flat and nothing to fluff. Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, but the bar was open. Not much variety in the bar menu, with seating feeling awkward (open area in the lobby).

Free wifi doesn't work

Check in was fine room is spacious and modern but far from the elevator. The free wifi is a joke it doesn't work and they make you pay 8 euro a day for wifi that does work. Very annoyed won't stay again due to this Malpractice

Clean and good size room

The room was pretty big, clean and comfortable. For me the only issue is the limitation on the A/C temperature, I had to sleep with the window open in order to get the room cold enough for my comfort. Other than that, the only comment to make is the half block you have to walk to get to the front of the hotel. There is a pretty important street, the subway station is on that one, you walk toward the hotel and when you reach a corner you have to walk 1/2 block to reach the entrance, that half block does not have a single light and there are no stores either, so, at night I'm not sure how safe it is.

始めに渡された部屋に他の客がまだいて驚きましたが、すぐに部屋を変えて頂けました。バスタブが大きくてくつろぐことが出来ました。朝食が美味しかったです。。テンペルホフ空港跡が近くランナーにお勧めです。サウナも毎晩貸切で得した気分でした。水風呂は無いけど滝状シャワーがキンキンに冷えていて気持ち良かったです。エアコンが壊れてるみたいなので夏は暑いかもしれません。

Leider wurde meine Begleiterin beim Frûhstück angesprochen, das sie sich nichts mitnehmen darf! Da es sehr früh war, hat sie zum Frühstück nur ein Croissant und einen Kaffee genommen und sich für den Flug ein Brötchen geschmiert. Wenn man Buffet anbietet und diesen stolzen Frühstückspreis nimmt, muss das einfach mit drin sein. Dieses Zurechtweisen hat einen bitteren Nachgeschmack hinterlassen, eas uns nicht unbedingt animiert, hier wieder zu buchen . Für mich ist es schlecht, dass es derzeit keine benutzbare Lobby gibt. Ich wollte meine Geschåtsgespråche von dort aus führen und bin nicht informiert worden, dass die Lobby im Umbau ist.
