We stayed here as a family with young kids and it was amazing stay! Very close to the tram line and station and very close approximity to most of the attractions. We loved staying here and will be back for sure! One of the best Premier inn we stayed at!

My husband and I were very impressed with the Premier Inn in Alexanderplatz! It was clean and tidy and quiet with black out curtains to ensure a good night sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived early on a Monday morning and the staff were able to take our bags until we checked in, which they allowed us to do an hour early. The room was clean and well maintained, although I would recommend booking interconnected rooms if you are a family of 4 to give you the extra space. The hotel was well located with easy public transport connections to the airport and to get around the city. Would stop here again if we return to Berlin.

Excellent location for a no frills but perfectly comfortable and reasonable hotel. Breakfast was excellent. As for issues surrounding cleaning, just notify reception that you need the room cleaned and they will sort it out. No problems. We really liked the half price drinks during happy hour (17:00-19:00). We slept well here and would happily stay here again in future.
