The room was comfortable and clean. Good bedding and pillows... The shower had hot water with good pressure. Public transport was close by and easy to walk to, with the option of going on the natural path. The only thing was that, at night, as a female, I didn't feel completely safe walking back to the hotel, as there are a few tabletop dance places on the street you use to walk back from the Metro. Throughout the day, I felt very safe.

Great Berlin Option!

Great hotel, area is very quiet but easy to get to mainland Berlin. A lot of small shopping options for diner overnight or to shop for a small family.

Expaedia refused the payment according to hotel staff & wanted cash which I would then get refunded which seemed a scam, the hotel were able to get one nights payment from Expedia I then had to check out - 5 calls to Expedia solved nothing - I had no accommodation & had to lug my bags allover the city & then booked a cheap bed in a hostel out of desperation. 68 bookings with Expedia & no issues so guess it was a hotel scam sadly. A Stressful expensive trip alk round, very disappointing.

I was there four days, and at no point did anyone come to straighten up, change towels. The room was extremely cold, so I had to just leave the air off in order to feel comfortable. Doubt I’ll make this mistake again when I travel to Berlin next.

Frukosten var för dyr. Rummet var som en bastu. Hade stopp i avloppet i duschen. Jag sa till dem, men inget gjordes åt det. Personalen var underbar. Fick bara väntade en stund, innan de kommer till receptionen och baren. Saknade en balkong eller uteplats på sommaren. Ett boende som passar bäst för ett besök under höst/vinter.

Eine kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: ein Glas Sekt zum Frühstück vor allem am Wochenende... Zufahrt Parkgarage recht eng vor allem mit großem Auto aber meist verfügbar...

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt. Der er en lidt længere gåtur til nærmeste u-bahn, men bussen holder næsten lige udenfor. Gode busforbindelser. Parkeringskælderen er trang at komme ind i, men det er overkommeligt. Personalet er meget venligt. Værelset var pænt og rent. Der er dsgligvare og fastfood få hundrede meter fra hotellet. Der er også enkelte gode restauranter i gåafstand. Yderdøren er låst om natten - men - nøglekortet til værelset giver adgang. Eneste minus var lidt larm fra brandstationen i nærheden - men - det var et meget lille problem. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.
