Located just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, Ocean City and the beach, this lovely 2 story home is the perfect place for a wonderful family vacation. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. With plenty of room for everyone to spread out, invite the entire family and create the memories that will last a lifetime. There is a bedroom on the first floor, as well as a bathroom, and a large sun-room with great views of the River Run golf course. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, bathroom, as well as a loft which is a perfect place to relax in after a long day at the beach. For dinner, have a nice home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the grill for burgers out back. This home is also conveniently located less than seven minutes to the nearest pool. Bed sizes: K, 3Q, FSS. 3 TVs. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. NO USE OF GARAGE. This home is NOT available for high school/college “Beach Week.” Cancellation fee will apply. The home has a ring camera on the front door that monitors the front porch area. This will remain inactive during the rental season.

Enjoyed this clean and well-cared for property in quiet neighborhood that was 15 minutes or so from the beach. Only negative that is hard to tell from property photos is the road that runs behind the backyard was a little busier than we would have thought, but overall a really nice stay.

My husband and I found this house to be very comfortable and especially enjoyed the artwork throughout the house. It was furnished very nicely, in a nice location and we even used the outside grill that was provided. The towels and linens were much appreciated. We would definitely come back again!

The flexible booking was great since we needed strange days for an extended weekend! Ocean Pines is a nice community, just be prepared for the short hike to the beach. The property it self was nice with a beautiful yard. The furnishings are slightly dated and the bedding is a bit wonky, but all is perfectly fine for a weekend with 5 wild kids!

This was a great rental for our family. I (44) brought my mom (74) and Godchildren (19 & 20). There was plenty of room for generations to be together or spread out… as they wished. 1st floor bedroom with bathroom was great for mom and the kitchen was a highlight with all we needed to make some delicious family dinners! We LOVE staying in Ocean Pines and all the amenities, especially the Swim & Racquet Club Pool. Working with the property manager was easy and when we had a few hiccups (out of everyone’s hands) they were very responsive! We’d love to come back! Thanks!

This was a great house for a family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Neighborhood streets are wonderful for bike rides or walks. Easy drive to beach in Ocean City or a day trip to Assataegue Island.

I have to say that the location and the house was very nice. The a actual house was very roomy. Nice back yard. The grill in the back needed the drip pan cleaned out and the grill grates cleaned to use it. We filled one of the propane tanks. The only thing is that we could not get in to the house till closer to 5 because of the cleaning crew which in my opinion did not do a very good job of cleaning. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived on Saturday, but other than these few of the negatives mentioned we loved our stay and grateful for the bottle of wine.

This property is perfect for families visiting Ocean City. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. Beautiful yard and cozy porch to relax and unwind in after a day at the beach. The parking pass for the Beach club was an added bonus. A visit to the town of Berlin and to Assateague is highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the gas grill. We will definitely go back!

The house is very spacious and generously designed. I enjoyed that there were not many knickknacks and delicate things which makes it easy for children (and less stressful for the parents). There was an abundance of kitchen utensils, glass- ,silverware and china. Great outdoor space as well with a picnic table (for the crabs). Assateague National Seashore was just 20 min away. We will be back!
