Overnight with family and dogs.

Very nice location and hotel in general. 30 meters from a lake with beach is hard to do better. Pool is nice too but without no natural connection to the outdoor area. Thereā€™s a small garden with lounge chairs where one can enjoy a beer or spritz. Restaurant was the only downside. A very poor buffĆ© at a very steep price. We did not eat at the hotel but at a very nice restaurant nearby.

Overall great hotell

A bit in the middle of nowhere at a beautiful location in the woods by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit disappointed that the pool had an entrance fee of 6ā‚¬ per day. Room was nice and comfortable but I think they were in a hurry when they last cleened it, they forgot to vheck behind the bathroom door so we got a bit of an unpleasant surprise when we closed it.

It is a nice Hotel overall. Did not have A/C. Maybe typical for Germany, but it got really steamy in the room. The nearby lake makes the area more humid, so not having an A/C or at least a ceiling fan is not that great. Parking fees were a bit on the high side for Europe. Food was ridiculous. 120 euro for 1 adult and 3 kids 11, 13 and 15.

Not worth it at all

I would not return to this hotel. 1) Sheets had holes in them. We discovered it after dinner, and decided to live with it. 2) NO AC. It was unbearably hot, insanely hot. Falling asleep was a challenge, and downright uncomfortable. It was 27 degrees outside, but far hotter inside. Weā€™re not from the US, so weā€™re not used to AC, but for a ā€œluxuryā€ hotel, you should be able to expect a cool room in the summer. 3) No complementary shampoo or conditioner. Not even a shower gel. Theyā€™d put hand soap in the shower stallā€¦.. 4) No a la carte menu after five. What the hell? Youā€™re forced to pay 26 euros for a buffet thatā€™s not vegan or vegetarian friendly if you want dinner at the restaurant. They had a great a la carte menu that looked wonderful, but apparently youā€™re supposed to have dinner before 17.00. 5) Electrical charger for our tesla did not work, and the staff could not help us. Itā€™s not their chargers, but they obviously collaborate with a charging company in order to have the stations on their premises. We chose this hotel so we could charge. 5) We had to pay for parking despite not being able to charge our car. The parkering garage is EXTREMELY small and the ceiling is low. So low, when we opened our trunk, it scratched against the ceiling, and we ended up with dents. 6) You have to pay to use the pool. Fine, but the pool was booked until 18.00 because of a fitness aerobic class. So basically, it was pointless. All in all. Too expensive and not a fancy hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut in Ordnung. Freundliches Personal, gutes FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sind aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Man kƶnnte sicherlich hier mal etwas renovieren, aber insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt ohne groƟe Hƶhen und Tiefen.

Ved indtjekning, gav receptionisten meget lidt information. Vi ville gerne vide noget om hotellets faciliteters beliggenhed og brug. Der var heller ingen pĆ„ vƦrelset. Eks ville vi gerne vide noget om parkering, pools Ć„bningstid, pools beliggenhed, morgenmadens placering, mv. Ved brug af pool, krƦves der yderligere 10 ā‚¬ pr person pr dag. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Was allerdings bedeutet man muss entweder im Hotel essen oder muss sich vorher schon in Potsdam und Umgebung was suchen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am See mit einem Zugang zum Baden und zu einem Steg, was sehr schƶn war. Das Zimmer war schƶn. An einigen Stellen, musste was erneuert werden, aber es stƶrt sonst nicht. Das Personal war nett, hatten aber viel zu tun und da gab es mal ein paar genervte Blicke... Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war super, es gab eine groƟe Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, allerdings war der FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksraum eindeutig zu Ć¼berfĆ¼llt und dementsprechend war das Buffett ƶfters etwas rar. Es gab verschiedene Freizeitangebote. Wir haben nur den Pool und kurz das Fitnesstudio genutzt. Im Fitnessstudio waren viele GerƤte zur VerfĆ¼gung. Der Pool ist sehr schƶn und groƟ. Auch die LiegeplƤtze sind schƶn. Bei dem Pool, muss man sehen was man fĆ¼r ein Zimmer bucht. Anscheinend ist es in manchen enthalten und sonst muss es zugebucht werden. Erwachsene 6ā‚¬/Tag und je Kind 3ā‚¬/Tag.

FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war gut. So ein wenig Konditorwaren wƤren noch super gewesen. Einziges Manko , O-Saft aus dem Automaten mit Konzentrat, das geht gar nicht. Und ich denke dort zu sparen ist schlecht fĆ¼r das Images. Lage war super, ruhig am See. Kleine MƤngel im Bad , am Fon fehlte die Abdeckung vorn. Bett war gut. Ist zu Empfehlen
