Great time in Berlin!

We choose this place between for a common meeting place between dc and Philly! 2.5 hours from each location, it was about 20 mins from ocean city and Assateage island! The house was clean and had most things we needed for the weekend! It was cozy and comfy place for a farmhouse getaway!

This house is beautiful and comfortable! We found the location perfect for our destinations of Berlin, MD and Assateague Island. Nice quiet area.

The house was wonderful, and beds comfortable. Our only mild disappointment was the level of kitchenware. We made Thanksgiving dinner, which is probably more cooking than most people would do. We really appreciated that Fabian and Anne allowed pets. We would definitely book this home again. Perhaps make this an annual Thanksgiving event.

Great looking property

Had a great time as a group of 8. Clean and beautiful property. Only issue was with The upstairs bedrooms did not have window blinds and no way to block and the sky light window. It's great for bringing in light in to the room but doesn't work when guests are trying to sleep in, in the the morning.

We had a great weekend stay at this home, Were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and throughly enjoyed our stay. Town of Berlin had several family friendly restaurants as well.Home is in a quiet area and beds were very comfortable, we will be booking again if we come back next year to the tournament.
