Excellent hotel
Surprised my husband with a weeekend in Berlin as a birthday present and booked SoHo house after recommendations. So glad I did, the hotel really made our stay! I'd booked the smallest room however the layout was great and loved the interior. Price for room and food at the hotel was very good, you rrally get a lot for your money. Would highly recommend.

absolutely superb
This is one of those hotels that are so nice that I don't want to tell anyone about. With its superbly stylish decor and world class club bar (very reasonably priced, too) and fantastic spa and friendly staff, what's not to love about?

I am an every house member .
I have been to a lot of the various houses around the world ... and they are all of an equally high standard . The food is a bit samey after a while but you really do manage to relax and the staff are fantastic . On my stay this time in Berlin , there were a couple of glitches ...but overall the service was great .

Incredible Room and In-Room Amenities
We stayed in a "medium" room and absolutely loved it! The room was in fact quite large, well designed, with a great terrace and every amenity we could ever need. From a Babylis hair iron to a carefully curated magazine collection to a full selection of Cowshed shower gels, you would be hard pressed to find a better selection of amenities anywhere else! You'd also have a hard time finding a better shower. The huge rainwater shower head was divine, with just right water pressure and a huge bench, it made for the perfect bathing experience. Other great experiences at this hotel are Brunch in the Soho House club and a workout at the fully equipped, full-scale gym - both are must-dos. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that they do not offer 24/7 room service, but otherwise there is no better place to stay in Berlin!

A/C issues, leaking shower
I have stayed here previously and loved it and had no complaints. This time I checked into one room and the a/c didn't work and made a horrible sound that woke me up every hour. They moved me to a new room the next day and the A/C was broken in there and I had to ask them to fix it 3 times. Each time they said it was fixed but it wasn't. Bot rooms also had showers that leaked all over the entire bathroom floor. The rooms were much much smaller than I'd had before (even though the previous stays I had 'small' rooms), and the a/c and shower problems were a clear sign that I got the cheap rooms because I got a cheap rate. I will think twice about revisiting, which is hugely disappointing because I had a great experience there in the past.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in.
I travel regularly work work and pleasure and stay in hotels on average once or twice a month and I have to say Soho Hotel Berlin takes top honours. Amazing looking rooms, great staff, and an amazing bar. If you ever get the chance you must stay here!

Outstanding place to stay
Location is brilliant, staff is very acommodating, the location is close to everything and the atmosphere is very social - excellent if you are travelling alone. The pool on the roof top was an added plus, the spa was great and the rooms very clean - the showers are amazing!

Excellent hotel
Absolutely loved my stay. Going to the bar by the pool for a few drinks after work made my working day much more pleasant. The staff were lovely and attentive. Although the staff serving breakfast were super slow! The rooms were amazing, the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to everyone else.

Great hotel
We stayed for one night on a short trip to Berlin and had a fantastic stay. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Our room was lovely - really comfortable bed and pillow and very quiet too. The roof terrace was fantastic for sunny evening drinks and a relaxed breakfast in the morning. Loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Somewhere different to stay
This is an edgy place. It's a building with a past and that makes it fascinating to explore. The interiors are lovely. We had a "small" room which was pretty big by our standards. It was very comfortable, with an amazing shower. Although the hotel is on a busy intersection the room was quiet and the curtains kept out the light efficiently by means of an arrangement I have noted for future use ... I guess the ethos of the place is direct communication - so there wasn't any written info in the room - which is fine, but different. Because Soho House is a club first, there wasn't much hotel atmosphere, which was also fine but perhaps a tad unsettling. The staff were all charming and unfailingly polite and everything was very high quality.

Fantastic atmosphere with very original decor. The design of the room was well thought out with lots of personal touches. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a bit quirky and might not suit everyone's taste but definitely suited mine.

Private members club in the heart of Berlin
Really impressive décor, luxury furnishings, leather bed with massive headboard, beautiful bathroom, all with the trademark Soho House industrial feel but still luxurious. There is the signature funky Soho House bar on the 7th floor, a scaled down version of the one in Shoreditch House in London. Only thing that let's this place down is the service - the waiting staff are cool and groovy but they haven't been properly trained in the finer points of attentive service - I had to forego my breakfast as they forgot to take my order! However I forgive them, I love this hotel/private members club and will definitely make it my base in Berlin - normally you can't get in without membership or as a guest so to be able to book rooms and get in that way is great.
