First time in Berlin and it was a pleasant stay! Very much conveniently close to public transportation (ex. Nollendorfplatz train) and minutes away from the gay bars. The room was clean and daily housekeeping. Check in details were pretty straightforward (digital check in card) and you are also given a physical one. Water pressure in bathroom was superb and the room was spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was a nice property and the hotel was clean. Very close to public transport. However, my air conditioner did not work and I had to deal with extremely hot temperatures. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do when I reported it to them. I wouldn’t stay here during summer months.

I'm not sure how this hotel was rated 3 star. I would rate it 4 star The rooms are spotless the king size bed with nice sheets was so snuggly i didn' want to get out of it. Nice location. I Iighly reccomended this property. What would get 5 stars is if theyhad a breakfast bar.

Revisiting Berlin next year and will definitely consider booking again. Friendly staff, decent size room. Comfy beds. Good location. Only negatives were that the TV had no remote so we couldn't watch TV (fed that back to staff), and we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. Otherwise, a lovely, clean, friendly and modern hotel.

Excellent staff, very responsive. Put us in connecting rooms (great for a family!) and provided extra duvets (we found the original ones a tad short). Glad we could drop off our luggage early. The hotel in generel was nice. Location very good and the room and bed nice. But the aircondition was not working, could not cool down, had like 28 degree in my room at night. The reception sent staff to fix it, but was still not working. Got another room, same problem, 28 degree at night…. A little too hot for me to sleep. Maybe not the hotel to choose if in summer time.
