Welcome to our holiday apartment right in Bermatingen!
Our cozy holiday apartment offers 50 square meters of space for up to 4 people. Enjoy your stay on the balcony and unwind. There is a parking space available for your vehicle.
The location of our holiday apartment is ideal for discovering the beauty of Lake Constance or for a business stopover.
You are in a quiet environment that guarantees you a relaxing break. At the same time, you can quickly get to the shores of Lake Constance to explore the numerous leisure activities and sights. Bakery, butcher and Edeka are within walking distance.
The apartment faces south-west and has a balcony with awning and parasol. Excursion destinations from Bermatingen are: Meersburg (9km), Friedrichshafen (16km), Überlingen (17km), Konstanz with the ferry at Meersburg. There are beautiful bike routes in the hinterland of Lake Constance. Bermatingen and Markdorf have a premium hiking trail.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, in the living room the couch can be folded out into a comfortable double bed. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower option. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, pad coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. Children's dishes are available for families with small children. There is a small selection of games and books for entertainment. A TV with Netflix in the living room and fast WiFi in the apartment. There is a cloakroom and a built-in closet to store your things.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony. Dogs are welcome for an additional charge. No parties allowed. There is a train station in Bermatingen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung...

...mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über Nachrichten war sehr freundlich.

Schöne Gegend

Die Gegend ist schön und es gibt viele Ausflugsziele. Man sollte aber mobil sein. Am besten mit dem Bike oder dem Auto.

Einfach wunderbar

Die Ferienwohnung war super eingerichtet uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit war überragend! Es gab auch für die Abendbeschäftigung (Erwachsene wie Kind) ausreichend Bücher, Spiele, Fernsehprogramm. Parkplatz vorhanden (Tiefgarage). Die Vermieterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht und uns aktiv angeschrieben, ob beispielsweise ein extra Kinderstuhl benötigt wird. Auch ein Hocker im Bad stand bereits für unsere 2-jährige Tochter bereit. Sehr gerne wieder! ❤️
