"We booked the Black Orchid last minute at the suggestion of another traveler we met in San Ignacio. We are so happy that we took their advise. This was a 1 night stay to be closer to the airport. The resort had excellent service, a great pool/bar area and a restaurant on site. The room we were in was very spacious and clean. We were unable to get the TV to work but that could have been user error! We were exhausted and a little tipsy from hanging out at the pool. The bed was a little on the hard side for my taste but not the worst I have slept in. Overall it is in a beautiful location, has great service, comfortable accommodations and very convenient to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area."
