The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value.

The appification of all services at this hotel made it much harder than required to do everything. From check-in to laundry to offsite parking everything needs an app, and mostly 3rd party. The lack of staff also didn't help when I got locked out because my key wouldn't work one night when walking the dog. Thank goodness my girlfriend was inside and that I took my phone on the walk ( I usually don't). Though the staff were helpful the overall experience was terrible and this hotel. There wasn't even anywhere to put suitcases in the room.

キッチン付きのファミリー部屋にしましたが、毎日綺麗に掃除してくださり、子連れでバタバタのところ、掃除の時に食器まで洗ってくれたり大変助かりました。 部屋も綺麗でバス停も近く街まで出るのも大変便利でした。隣にスーパーがあるのも魅力的です。スタッフの方も質問しに行くと英語も通じて親切に対応してくれました。

Clean room with great kitchenette amenities (I was surprised at that). Building has six commercial washers & 6 dryers [latter is free of charge for use; washers can be reserved/held for 5-10 minutes & paid via WeWash. Aldi & gym in next door.

I liked the overall stay. Having private equipped kitchen is great perk. The room was also good. Although bed and bathroom were clean and tidy but room floor was not properly cleaned and had some dust and particles so I am rating it 4 star. There are further some suggestions regarding room preparations that can be added like slippers, shampoo and toothpaste etc.

Rent rum, fräsch Hotel. Personalen var inte interessarde att prata med gästerna. De låste in sig i ett rum och checka in fick man krånglig via en dator. De har parkering som man bara kan använda om man har förbokat
