Bad place w/rude ignorant hotelier

Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for or they had not received money. Recommend removing this hotel from all lists as they are completely uneducated in the hospitality industry! Business trip. Checked into real hotel three hours away and canceled plans in that destination. I never stayed at this hotel and booked a separate hotel at a different city. Please refund my money and take Hotel off your list. This is bad news location and should not be recommended for anybody!

Unieke is de lokatie. Midden in de stad, schuin tegenover de voetgangers- en fietsersbrug die de beneden- en bovenstad verbind. Juist dat schuine is fijn, want dat is de rustige straat. Midden in de stad en nauwelijks autogeluiden. Zo bij het water en park. Nadeel, opstap naar binnen en nog meer in het pand. Sauna in reparatie. Behoudens de minibar op kamer, geen drankje of iets te koop. Heeft binnen een mooie uitstraling, vooral in de ontbijtruimte en slaapkamer. Prima bed. Fijne douche. En zéér goed ontbijt. Service. Receptie geeft goed advies waar je kunt dineren afhankelijk van je smaak en heeft voor ons ook de tafel reservering gedaan. Uitermate vriendelijke bediening. Het stadje is rustig. Ligt heel centraal. Goede fiets mogelijkheden. Ook prima aansluiting op de snelwegen. Veel te zien in de omgeving, water, natuur en historie. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

På hotels.com var angivet check in til kl 22. Sa vi Ankom var hotellet lukket og fik at vide at check in lukkede kl 18. Vi havde netop valgt hotellet pga mulighed for sen check in. Vi kom dog ind via “vagten” som var godt sur over at vi ankom så sent. Prøvede at vise på telefonen at der stod kl 22 på hotels.com men blev mødt af hovedrysten og “no No” Værelset var fint stort og rent. Ville have været dejligt med info om tidspunkt for morgenmadsservering på Hotels.com. Fin service ved udcheckning - venlig og engelsktalende medarbejder

Overordentligt meget for pengene. Vi havde bestilt et familie værelse til 4 personer og fik en lejlighed i 2 etager: 2 soveværelser med virkeligt gode senge, tv stue, kontor område med masser af skabe, wc, køkken, spise afdeling og stort badeværelse med dobbelt bruser. Alt sammen meget rent og pænt. Udmærket kontinental morgenmad inkluderet og både imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Absolut min varmeste anbefaling.

Hotellet var booket online. Selvom vi ankom før hotellets oplyste deadlines for indtjekning var alt mørkt og døren låst. Vi ringede på døren. Vi ringede til dem på telefonen. Intet svar!!!! Så vi måtte finde et andet hotel. Udefra så hotellet meget slidt ud.

Gutes ruhiges Hotel im Zerntrum

Das Hotel hat eine giute Kage im Stadtzentrum umittelbar am Ufer der Saale. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommenrd. Die Zummer sind sauber und auch die Größe stimmt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls i.O.
