"This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers...

I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks).
